Financial Statements
Financial Statements provide valuable metrics in ascertaining your organization's health and ability to grow.   Accounting is an historical activity, but the older the history, the less relevant it becomes, you need financial statements that are relevant today and useful for tomorrow.  My financial statement presentation includes analysis of the numbers,  I tailor them to suit your business, providing scorecards of important metrics to be assessed daily, weekly, or monthly.
Budgeting
Budgeting is a useful tool in determining where your money is coming from and where it is going.  Cash is definitely king and making sure you have cash available for payroll is one headache you do not want to have.  Budgeting allows you to plan for now and gives you the vision to see where you can be tomorrow.  I am an expert in budgeting and forecasting.  This is part of the monthly services offered, but can also be accomplished as a one-of project.
Monthly Accounting
I provide monthly accounting services that include data entry, reconciliations, payroll integration, sales tax filings, reporting, and consultation.  I not only provide you with the basic bookkeeping services, but also with the exta step in presenting your data to you so that it has eaning and can help you achieve your goals.  I hold certifications in both Xero and Quickbooks Online.  I am extremely adept at learing new systems, so if you are on another platform, I can adapt to that platform as well.
